Rabaval D Tablets – Rabeprazole Sodium & Domperidone Tablets contain rabeprazole (proton pump inhibitor) and domperidone (dopamine antagonist). Rabeprazole reduces gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme. It treats GERD and aids in healing peptic ulcers and oesophageal damage caused by excess acid. Domperidone is responsible for reducing nausea and vomiting and enhancing gastric emptying by increasing the motility and peristaltic movements of the stomach and intestine.
