Nexar ET Tablets – Ethamsylate & Tranexamic Acid Tablets combination is an Antihemorrhagic medication that is primarily used to manage menorrhagia and excessive bleeding during menstruation.
Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic agent that inhibits plasminogen activation to plasmin, the enzyme responsible for fibrin degradation. This mechanism stabilizes blood clots and effectively prevents excessive bleeding.
Etamsylate is a hemostatic agent that enhances platelet aggregation and strengthens capillary walls, reducing blood loss and improving clot stability.
