Mygrum Tablets – The Dual combination of Ergotamine Tartrate & Caffeine Tablets USP is a combination medicine indicated to prevent and treat migraine. Migraine is a neurological condition which is characterised by an intense pulsating, throbbing, pounding, debilitating headache where Ergotamine (ergot alkaloid) and caffeine (methylxanthine). Ergotamine works by narrowing the blood vessels in the brain. Caffeine increases the absorption of ergotamine and narrows widened blood vessels.
